Carol Mennie's career as an entertainer includes stage and screen acting, singing in the Jazz genre and teaching literacy with original theatre & music through CDM (Can Do More) a Not-For-Profit organization founder with her husband, guitarist and composer Dom Minasi.

Her acting has spanned comedy to Shakespeare, touring Nationally and being the first woman to perform at Leavenworth Prison.

Over the years Carol has performed along side such stars as Ann Sothern, Robert Horton and Hans Conried. No stranger to television, Mennie appeared on NBC's "The Doctors" as Sally Nelson.
